These terms govern your use of ksfashions.com and your purchases from Kumasi's Secret Fashion Collection (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. All items are made to order. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing or product error is found.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Product information
We try to display colours and designs accurately, but screens vary and slight differences in print placement and colour can occur on made-to-order items.
Intellectual property
All designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to access it in a way that harms it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
