- Production: 2–7 business days, because every piece is made to order.
- Delivery including production: 4–12 business days within the USA and 12–37 business days to other countries (estimates, not guarantees).
Shipping
We ship from the United States to 218 countries and territories. Choose your country in your bag and you’ll see the exact delivery fee and an estimated delivery time before you pay. All pieces are made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

*Same product type from the same print provider. A different product type in your bag is charged its own first-item rate. The fee depends on the products and where they are produced, so “from” is the lowest and “up to” the highest you could see; your bag always shows the exact amount. Delivery estimates are Printify’s standard shipping times (2–7 business days production plus transit); they are estimates, not guarantees, and peak seasons, weather or carrier delays can add time. Rates last checked 25 October 2026.
- US orders include Printify’s temporary peak-season surcharge of $0.40 per order until 17 January 2027.
- Fees are based on Printify’s rates for your destination. Shipping to Puerto Rico and Guam is charged at the international rate and can take longer.
- We can’t ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Palestinian territories, Ecuador, Israel, Algeria, Djibouti, Eritrea or Madagascar at the moment (carrier or legal restrictions).
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees or carrier handling charges set by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee, are collected by your carrier or customs on delivery, and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict the amount; your local customs office can tell you more. Refused or unclaimed parcels can’t be refunded.
You’ll receive tracking by email when each parcel ships (orders may arrive in separate parcels), and you can check progress on our tracking page.
Returns & replacements
Because every item is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size, so please check the size guide before you buy.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Production can begin quickly after you order. If you need to change or cancel, contact us straight away at [email protected]; if production has not started we’ll be glad to help.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
