Kumasi's Secret Fashion Collection (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why when you use ksfashions.com.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the items you buy, so we can fulfil and support your order.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Messages and sign-ups: if you use the contact form or join our newsletter, we store the details you give us.
- On your device: your shopping bag and wishlist are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device until you check out.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Who we share data with
- Printify, our print and fulfilment partner, receives your name, address and order details so your items can be produced and shipped.
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and our order records.
- Our email provider sends order confirmations and shipping updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, support, tax and legal obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from our newsletter, by emailing [email protected]. Residents of certain US states (for example California) may have additional rights under state privacy laws; contact us and we will respond as required by law.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
