How Made-to-Order Works

Quick answer: nothing is made until you order it. After you pay, your piece is printed and prepared, which takes 2–7 business days, and then it ships from the United States. Including production, delivery usually takes 4–12 business days within the USA and 12–37 business days to other countries. The fee and estimate for your country are shown in your bag before you pay.

Why we make to order

Each Kumasi’s Secret design is printed on demand through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which works with print providers that produce and ship the garment. That means no stock sits unsold, and the product page always shows the colours and sizes available now.

What happens after you order

1. Production (2–7 business days). The print provider prints and prepares your garment.
2. Dispatch and tracking. When it ships you get tracking by email, and you can follow it on our tracking page. An order can arrive in more than one parcel.
3. Delivery. Estimates include production: 4–12 business days in the USA (some items up to 22) and 12–37 business days elsewhere (some up to 37). They are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

The fee depends on the product and where you live. For a first item it ranges from $5.49 to $15.49 within the USA and $3.99 to $22.99 to other countries, and further items of the same type cost less. Rates by region are on Shipping & returns.

Customs and duties

Orders sent outside the United States can be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by the destination country or the carrier. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Where we can’t deliver

We ship to 218 countries and territories. At the moment we can’t ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the Palestinian territories, Ecuador, Israel, Algeria, Djibouti, Eritrea or Madagascar.

If something is wrong

Because each piece is made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so measure first with the size guide. If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. About the photos

Some model photos are illustrative renderings of the printed design, and product pages say so where it applies. The product images from our print partner show the real print and placement.
